As the first and only ‘villa hotel’ in Iran, Westa’s primary goal is to provide the luxury of private villas in addition to the services and amenities of a five-star hotel.

“Westa Hotel” was registered in 2007 with a goal to design, build and manage luxurious hotels and resorts on the edge of Alborz mountain range. The design concept is to have interaction within the village environment while achieving international standards. The forms and expressions are mostly designed based on a modern interpretation of local and rural architecture of the region.

The buildings are constructed on a hectare of land with total construction of over 9000 sq m. The buildings are in two categories, functioning as residential villas and the recreational and service buildings. The residential division includes 4 units of four- bedroom duplex villas, 4 units of three-bedroom duplex villas, 2 units of two-bedrooms villas, 7 units of one-bedroom villas and six royal suites. All of the villas have yards and/or terraces and duplex villas have private warm water outdoor swimming pools.

All the bedrooms are en-suite and designed and furnished with aesthetics and comfort in mind. The service and recreational division including a sport center and pools (with three swimming pools and a children’s pool) and the gym are over 4000 sq m area and are equipped with sport facilities. A private movie theatre, several cafes, falling water restaurant, local classic restaurant, steak house, roof garden coffee shop, and an outdoor bar are some of the other facilities in Westa Hotel. The complex also includes a kids club, spa center, art gallery, lobby, and 360-degree view terrace facing a breathtaking view of Caspian Sea and the Alborz mountain range.
